主讲人简介:Ava JiHoliday Inn & Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Gongshu  2018/3--Present: Manager of Business Development Department. Check sales call plan and sales call report quality to trace the results driving according to target assigned. Train team make use of IHG tools and promotion campaigns to work more efficiently, such as AMG, Accounts profile management, IHG Business Rewards etc. Work with DOSM to conduct sales strategy and action plan to improve revenue performance driving. Develop and maintain relationship with key clients and outside contact in order to produce group and convention business, including rooms, R&B and Banquet Catering. To be responsible for following up RFP accounts and develop LNR accounts.
